Who I am
I started my career leading on the BPO industry — coaching leaders, shaping performance, and building confidence in high‑pressure environments. Then my path shifted. I stepped out of traditional people management and into something more powerful: leadership without headcount, authority without the org chart, impact without permission.
Today, I’m a global leader with 20+ years of coaching and industry experience, operating across the Philippines, India, Malaysia, Australia, USA, and Europe.
